On May 11, 2013 I purchased a Jeep Compass from Pioneer Chrysler. I am writing in regards to what a positive experience I had there. Les and Jae were both very helpful with the entire process. Les was patient with me as I struggled to make a decision with what model of vehicle I wanted to purchase (it took several days). Not once was I made to feel rushed or inferior of my knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in. They answered all of my questions, sales and financing respectively, with confidence and never once made me feel uncomfortable for asking them.
